1)        Complete this electronic application

2)        Upload the appropriate support material within your discipline (see the guidelines on what to send);

3)        Upload two (2) reference letters - one from a fine arts teacher (including creative writing, music, dance, and drama) and the second from a non-fine arts teacher or mentor.

4)         Upload a personal statement of maximum 300 words specific to art discipline.  Please type with 1 inch margins, using Helvetica or Verdana 12 point font.  Your personal statement should be formatted in three paragraphs:

  • Paragraph #1 should be a brief artist statement that includes details about your art form, your training in the arts and what you are inspired by,

  • Paragraph #2 describes your educational goals and long term aspirations and

  • Paragraph #3 tells us why you are applying for this scholarship opportunity.
